Welcome to Hanuman Tours. By booking any service with us (Taxi Service, Tour Packages, Sightseeing, or Outstation Travel), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

General Terms

• Hanuman Tours acts as a travel service provider offering taxi services, local sightseeing, and tour packages across Rajasthan.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or official contact number.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us.
• For long-distance or multi-day tours, an advance payment may be required.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

Full payment must be completed before or at the end of the trip.

Toll tax, parking, and interstate permits are included only if mentioned in the package.

Extra charges may apply for:

• Night driving
• Extra km
• Extra hours
• Special requests or detours

Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are calculated based on the selected vehicle, distance, and duration.
• Packages include cab, driver allowance, fuel, parking & tolls (if mentioned).
• Entry fees, guide charges, safari/camping fees, and personal expenses are not included unless clearly stated.

Vehicle Policies

• Vehicles are allotted based on availability; a similar category vehicle may be provided if the chosen model is unavailable.
• AC will be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons.
• Damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, alcohol consumption, or misconduct will be charged to the customer.

Driver & Safety Guidelines

• Drivers follow fixed duty hours for safety; late-night driving is allowed only if mutually agreed.
• Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
• Hanuman Tours is not responsible for loss of luggage, personal items, or valuables.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation if canceled 24 hours before the trip.
• If canceled within 24 hours of the trip, the advance amount is non-refundable.
• No refund will be issued if:
• The customer is a no-show.
• Trip is shortened or cancelled midway by the customer.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Trip Modifications

• Any change in route, schedule, or additional sightseeing must be informed in advance.
• Additional kms or extra hours will be charged as per the selected vehicle’s rate.

Liability & Responsibility

• Hanuman Tours is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We do not take responsibility for accidents caused by natural causes, road conditions, or third-party actions.
• All guests must follow instructions provided by the driver for safety.

Use of Website

• All content on our website (text, images, pricing, itineraries) is the property of Hanuman Tours.
• Copying or reproducing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
